How do I qualify for your tv app ?
You need a firestick, onn box, Apple TV, mobile device, or tablet.
Will I still need cable or Netflix type of apps ?
You can ditch all of them! Our app is an all in one tv service where you will have the latest/hottest movies, your favorite shows to binge, cable tv with thousands of channels, PPV events, and recording capabilities ALL IN ONE! Enjoy endless entertainment while saving a ton of money with our affordable packages.
Can I have more than one tv running at once ?
Yes! You can have up to 5 usernames on 1 account. All 5 TVs/devices can be running at the same time watching different things at the same time. The TVs/devices Do Not need to be in the same household or wifi to work. Feel free to share with family and friends!
Do you provide installation services for new customers?
Yes, Stream It provides professional installation services for all new customers to ensure optimal setup and performance with our app. We purchase a firestick, install our app, and ship it right to your doorstep ready to go, For customers with an eligible device ready on hand, we will send directions to set up and have tech support on standby to assist which on average takes less than ten minutes to setup.
Are there any additional fees associated with Stream It’s packages?
There are no hidden fees or additional fees on any of our packages. Packages purchased are all inclusive and price shown is final price but doesn't include taxes.
What if I experience technical issues ?
We have tech support on standby 24/7 to access support. You can fill out our contact form on the contact page or text us directly @(210-803-1545).
Is this a contract ?
There are no contract obligations and you can cancel at anytime for monthly subscribers.
What is your refund policy ?
If you were given a free trial and purchased a package after for either yearly or monthly you will then have 24 hours after package is purchased to claim a refund. Refund claim must be due to service not being compatible with defenite proof, service being down from an outage that we acknowledge, or if customer never received login info and changed their mind. Once login info is sent for purchased package the 24 hours begins.
For anyone who purchased a package directly without a Free Trial will follow exact same terms as above but will be given 48 hours instead of 24 hours.
